Hawaiian Rock Products (HRP) maintains a comprehensive Support and Maintenance Division dedicated to ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and longevity of our production facilities, vehicle fleets, and heavy equipment assets. Supporting all of HRP’s operations, including ready-mix concrete, quarry, asphalt, concrete products, trucking, and construction services, this division plays a critical role in maintaining uninterrupted operations across the company.
Our full-service maintenance facility is staffed by experienced and certified technicians who perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, welding, fabrication, hydraulic system repairs, electrical troubleshooting, equipment overhauls, and fleet servicing. The maintenance team supports a diverse fleet of production equipment, heavy construction machinery, ready-mix trucks, concrete pumps, quarry equipment, asphalt paving equipment, and support vehicles.
In addition to fleet maintenance, HRP operates a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Department responsible for maintaining and improving plant infrastructure, production equipment, electrical systems, buildings, utility systems, and operational facilities throughout the company. This team provides rapid response to operational issues and performs proactive inspections and maintenance programs designed to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
By performing the majority of maintenance and repair work in-house, HRP is able to reduce equipment downtime, improve operational reliability, control maintenance costs, and respond quickly to changing operational demands. This self-supported maintenance capability helps ensure that our production plants, equipment, and facilities remain available to meet the needs of our customers and projects throughout Guam.
